Milwaukee Industrial Land Analysis
An industrial strategy for the City of Milwaukee focused on land regulations, development, incentives and pandemic recovery.
The project included citywide recommendations, as well as sub-area plans specific to each of Milwaukee’s seven Industrial Business Improvement Districts. The work included a new tool to aid the city in assessing zoning changes for industrial properties. The plan was integrated into Milwaukee’s comprehensive plan in 2021.
