MidTown Neighborhood Vision Plan

A plan for economic development and housing in Midtown Cleveland

Midtown Cleveland needed a plan to grow as a mixed-income neighborhood, reinforce Midtown as a great place to work, and expand Midtown as a destination for entertainment and services supporting the surrounding communities. 

The Vision Plan is presented as a detailed implementation worksheet, poster and a deck of “Action Cards,” each tied to one of the plan’s 20 strategies. This format encourages ongoing involvement from individuals, groups, and institutions, fostering a collaborative approach to realizing the community’s vision.
