A Transit-Oriented Development Plan for Pittsburgh’s north shore and the stadium district

This action strategy calls for reuniting Pittsburgh’s Manchester and Chateau neighborhoods, improving access to the Allegheny T Station, and reconnecting the community to the riverfront.  We evaluated properties deemed susceptible to future change, and explored development scenarios for those opportunity sites in order to project potential tax revenue gained by new development. 

This effort included a robust public engagement strategy to help inform how dollars generated by value capture should be prioritized for different neighborhood improvements.
