Interface Studio, together with the Cooper’s Ferry Development Association and Save our Waterfront, is pleased to announce that the North Camden Neighborhood Plan was awarded the 2009 New Jersey Smart Growth Award by New Jersey Future. Many thanks to CHPlanning for planning and outreach assistance and the Klip Collective who worked with us to create an outdoor video projection during the planning process. Completed concurrently with the North Camden Waterfront Plan led by WRT, the planning represented a significant step forward for North Camden and the City. With the waterfront prison slated for closure, a new job training center and State recognizition of the community’s vision, North Camden is on a roll.
